A name was not replaced
Pattern detectors cannot recognise every name. With Pro, add the name and its aliases in Dictionary, then rerun Scrub. Possible-name review only flags candidates; it does not automatically replace them.
Restore did not recognise a placeholder
Load the mapping from the same run. Check that the AI preserved the brackets, category and number. Unknown placeholders remain visible so you can review them. Scrub cannot recover originals after the mapping has been deleted.
DOCX or file errors
Use an unencrypted DOCX saved by Word or LibreOffice. PDF, XLSX and images are not supported. Keep your original. TXT/MD/CSV must be UTF-8. For large files, close other tabs or reduce the file size; Cancel stops the worker without changing your input.
License and saved data
Use the plan button to activate or deactivate. Offline access lasts fourteen days from a successful check. If device storage is unavailable, export your private mapping before closing. Clear everything removes all Scrub data from this browser, including dictionaries and the cached license.
