Draftdiff is provided by Onur Kat (“we”). By using the website you agree to these terms.
Service
Draftdiff compares DOCX, text-based PDF and plain-text documents locally in your browser. The free tier is limited as described on the pricing section; the Pro subscription removes those limits for the duration of the subscription. A license key may be used on up to three devices.
Accuracy
Automated extraction can make mistakes. Draftdiff highlights differences based on extracted document text and formatting. You are responsible for reviewing exported redlines and source documents before relying on them for legal or business decisions.
Payments & refunds
Subscriptions are billed by Lemon Squeezy and can be cancelled anytime from the customer portal link in your receipt; access continues until the end of the paid period. If Draftdiff cannot compare your supported documents, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
