Markout is provided by Onur Kat (“we”). By using the website you agree to these terms.
Service
Markout redacts, stamps and Bates-numbers PDF documents locally in your browser. The free tier is limited as described on the pricing section; the Pro subscription removes those limits for the duration of the subscription. A license key may be used on up to three devices.
Accuracy
Automated extraction can make mistakes. Markout shows reconciliation results and highlights suspicious rows, but you are responsible for reviewing exported data before relying on it for bookkeeping, tax or legal purposes.
Payments & refunds
Subscriptions are billed by Lemon Squeezy and can be cancelled anytime from the customer portal link in your receipt; access continues until the end of the paid period. If Markout cannot convert your statements, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
