The service

Inkmark is a local PDF signing tool provided by Onur Kat. You may use it to add marks to documents you are entitled to edit and sign. Do not use another person’s signature without their permission or misrepresent a signer’s identity.

Electronic signatures

Inkmark adds simple visual electronic signatures. It does not authenticate identity, provide a digital certificate, create a qualified electronic signature or provide legal advice. Legal requirements depend on the agreement and jurisdiction. Confirm that the recipient accepts this type of signature.

Your documents

Review the exported PDF before sending it. Keep the original and any evidence of consent separately. Inkmark does not maintain an audit trail, archive or recovery service. Existing digital signatures may become invalid when a PDF is modified.

Free and Pro

The free tier allows unlimited signing with its included features. Pro unlocks the features described on the pricing page for $9 per year or $24 for a lifetime license, usable on three devices. Annual plans renew according to the checkout terms. “Lifetime” refers to the availability of this product, not a guarantee of perpetual operation. Checkout, cancellation and applicable refund terms are provided by the payment provider. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide reliable output, but cannot guarantee compatibility with every PDF or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided as available without warranties. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
